1st (Thursday)
Math Work, UBC   The h length spiral
turning out to be an unexpected shape
Found Trish at Student Health. Showed her
large drawings. Good comments, the woman
is charming. Picked 'Factory Girl'
Thought it & 'Memorandum' were a good
combo, & 'U.F.' & 'Fair-haired Lady'
Noticed a print above her desk. She
asked if I knew who it was by. 'It looks
like the work of this German
Expressionist -' 'Right, Franz Marc.'
Apparently her mother does good copies
of his work. Cool evening, with sunshine,
& thundershower, & then a little more
sunshine
